Change your account email address

To update the email address associated with your account, you will need to navigate to the "My Account" page within your dashboard. Follow these steps to change your email.

Step 1: Log In to Your Dashboard

Ensure you are logged in to access your account details:

  1. Visit the Archivepanel login page.
  2. Enter your current username and password.
  3. Click the "Sign In" button to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Open the "My Account" Page

Locate and open your account settings:

  1. Once in the dashboard, open the "My Account" page by clicking on your email address in the top right corner.

Step 4: Enter Your New Email Address

Provide your new email information:

  1. Clear the current email address and type in your new desired email address.
  2. Confirm that your new email address is entered correctly to avoid any errors.

Step 5: Save Changes

Apply and confirm the change of your email address:

  1. Look for the "Edit my account" button near the email address field.
  2. Click this button to apply the changes.

Step 6: Verify Your New Email Address

Complete any verification process required:

  1. After saving, you will be prompted to verify your new email address.
  2. Check your new email inbox for a verification message from the web archiving tool.
  3. Open the email and click on the verification link provided, or follow any additional instructions to confirm that this is your email address.
